NSPRO Update activation for user who have had Ns Pro for more than 1 year and wish to continue using it further. Please make sure to enter the NSPRO serial number ( EGATE NUMBER ) or your order will be delayed.
| Description NSPRO Update activation for user who owns NS Pro box for more than 1 year and would like to buy additional year of support and updates. The following error will appear if software license is expired: Update error: updates not paid. Contact your reseller. or Activation expired! Contact your reseller. Your card ID is: xxxxxxxx. Please make sure to enter the NSPRO SERIAL NUMBER( EGATE NUMBER, AXALTO CARD NUMBER, OMNIKEY SERIAL NUMBER ) or your order will be delayed. SN is 8-digit alpha-numeric or numeric sequence e.g. 00065AD3 or 00054833.
Always read the serial number as reported by the NSpro software or ID reader. There will be no refund if you provide incorrect serial number. Nspro ID reader Users that exceeded 1 year of free updates on their Ns Pro box, will have to buy the activation for the new update. If you are not sure if you need the activation or not, just install and start the new version of Nspro software (after 5.5.0). The software will tell you if you need the activation. Attention, any dispute or chargeback will result in permanent blocking of NSpro SmartCard. |
